The Gannalyst software can display data in the 3 primary styles: Bar Chart, Candle Chart and Line Chart. There are considerable options for altering the color and appearance of these charts as well as 3 options for altering the Bar color schemes.

Bar Chart

A bar chart is a basic representation of the core data that exists for each bar, this data being the Open, Close, High and low.

By simply 'Right Clicking over the chart area you can open the property editor for altering everything there is to make up a Bar chart.

Candle Stick Chart

Similar to Bar Charts excepting that a rectangle or 'Candlestick' is draw between the Open and the Close for the bar. The tips at either end of the candle sticks represent the high and low figures that occurred for the bar.

By simply 'Right Clicking' over the chart area you can open the property editor for altering everything there is to make up a Candle chart.

Line Chart

A line chart is basic representation of the closing price for each individual interval making up the data. the High Low and Open information is still available in the Status Bar as well as the bar data window.

By simply 'Right Clicking' over the chart area you can open the property editor for altering everything there is to make up a Line chart.
